Responsiblities
  • Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers over property prices and settlement details, and during the closing of sales.
  • To handle the lead generated through advertisements and exhibitions.
  • Attend sales meetings and exhibitions, road shows etc as and when required
  • Process invoice requests for payment of commissions & payment requests to release payments to developers  
  • A successful candidate will be expected to actively engage to provide end-to-end solutions in all aspects of selling property.
     

 

Qualifications
  • We are looking for Dynamic Energetic, and Enthusiastic prospect who has, knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling properties. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
  • 2+ years experience in the same field.
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong knowledge about Dubai marketing.
  • Must have a UAE Driving License.
