Responsiblities
  • Updating availability on regular basis after checking with the developers/vendors.
  • Contacting vendors to check price of property (premiums etc).
  • Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing between customers/suppliers/visitors and relevant staff, and interpret and respond clearly and effectively.
  • Coordinate with Sales consultant and clients for signing of agreements.
  • To handle the lead generated through advertisements and exhibitions.
  • Attend sales meetings and exhibitions, road shows etc as and when required.
  • Supervise the activities of Junior Admin & Sales Support Coordinators.
  • Should have proven experience in dealing with administrative function.
Qualifications

 

  • 2 Years work experience within a similar professional environment.
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong knowledge about Dubai marketing.
  • A UAE Driving License would be an advantage.

  • Should have the knowledge of real estate market.
