Branch Administrator
- Updating availability on regular basis after checking with the developers/vendors.
- Contacting vendors to check price of property (premiums etc).
- Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing between customers/suppliers/visitors and relevant staff, and interpret and respond clearly and effectively.
- Coordinate with Sales consultant and clients for signing of agreements.
- To handle the lead generated through advertisements and exhibitions.
- Attend sales meetings and exhibitions, road shows etc as and when required.
- Supervise the activities of Junior Admin & Sales Support Coordinators.
- Should have proven experience in dealing with administrative function.
- 2 Years work experience within a similar professional environment.
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge about Dubai marketing.
- A UAE Driving License would be an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Should have the knowledge of real estate market.
- Self motivated with competitive spirit.
- Self-starter with good interpersonal and communication skills.
