Responsiblities
  • Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers over property prices and settlement details, and during the closing of sales.
  • To handle the lead generated through advertisements and exhibitions.
  • Attend sales meetings and exhibitions, road shows etc as and when required
  • Process invoice requests for payment of commissions & payment requests to release payments to developers 
  • A successful candidate will be expected to actively engage to provide end-to-end solutions in all aspects of selling property.
  • To source new clients through personal contacts / networking.            
  • To handle the client database generated through advertisements and exhibitions   
  • Follow up with clients to assess their needs and provide accurate information to the client based on his needs.           


 

Qualifications
  • 2+ years experience in the same field.
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong knowledge about Dubai marketing.
  • Must have a UAE Driving License.

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Should have the knowledge of real estate market.
  • Self motivated with competitive spirit.
  • Self-starter with good interpersonal and communication skills.
