Sales Negotiators (Entry Level)

Dubai / Abu Dhabi
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers over property prices and settlement details, and during the closing of sales.
- To handle the lead generated through advertisements and exhibitions.
- Attend sales meetings and exhibitions, road shows etc as and when required
- Process invoice requests for payment of commissions & payment requests to release payments to developers
- A successful candidate will be expected to actively engage to provide end-to-end solutions in all aspects of selling property.
- To source new clients through personal contacts / networking.
- To handle the client database generated through advertisements and exhibitions
- Follow up with clients to assess their needs and provide accurate information to the client based on his needs.
- 2+ years experience in the same field.
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge about Dubai marketing.
- Must have a UAE Driving License.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Should have the knowledge of real estate market.
- Self motivated with competitive spirit.
- Self-starter with good interpersonal and communication skills.
